Delete your JobSat account

How to ask

1. Email support@jobsat.tech from the address you sign in to JobSat with, with the subject “Delete my JobSat account”.
2. If you own a workspace, say whether to delete it or hand it to another of its members.
3. We reply to that address to confirm the request came from you, then delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

To have only some of your data deleted, such as a drawing you uploaded, ask in the same way and say what you would like removed.

What is deleted

• Your name and email address.
• Your sign-in sessions, which signs you out everywhere.
• Your membership of every workspace and job.
• Workspaces you own, with their jobs, drawings, units and checklists, unless you ask us to hand them to someone else.

What is kept, and for how long

• Work you did in a workspace someone else owns, such as units you placed and checklist items you completed, stays there for its members, without your name or email address.
• Our backups hold deleted data for up to 7 more days, after which it is gone for good.
• Anything the law requires us to keep, for only as long as it requires.
