How do I get JobSat?
JobSat is in private beta. Write to us and we will add you as a tester: on iPhone through Apple's TestFlight, on Android through Google Play, and on the web with a link.
How do I sign in?
Enter your email address and JobSat emails you a six-digit code; type it in and you are signed in. There is no password to remember. You can also choose Continue with Google. Either way, the same address is the same account on every phone and browser.
My sign-in code has not arrived.
Check your spam or junk folder for a message from JobSat. If it is not there, wait a minute and ask for a new code. Still nothing? Write to us from that address.
Does JobSat work without signal?
Yes. The jobs you are on are kept on your phone, so you can keep working and ticking items off with no connection. What you do is sent as soon as you are back online, and the rest of the crew sees it then.
Which phones does it run on?
iPhone with iOS 18 or later, and Android phones with Android 16 or later. The web app runs in any current browser.
Who can see my jobs?
The owners of your workspace, and the people added to each job. Nobody else. Our privacy policy has the details.
